Policies
Shipping: Please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to be shipped. Each order is custom made and are done in the order that they come in. I typically have 40 orders in at any one time. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Also please allow a few extra days during the holidays. Please understand that when you are ordering from Cutiepoops you are ordering from a WAHM. I'm a one woman shop and I try to get orders out as fast as I can. If you need your order rushed please email me and I can try to work something out if possible. I realize that it's hard to wait such a long time to get your diapers, but I put lots of care and attention into each diaper to make sure you get a quality product that will last you a very long time.
Quality Control: I strive to make each diaper as perfect as can be. If by chance there is a flaw in your diaper I'll gladly fix it for you. Flaws do not include the diaper not fitting correctly. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the size you should purchase if you are unsure. I check each order before they go out but sometimes I might miss something. Flaws are rare, but they do happen sometimes. Don't worry any problem can be fixed! Just contact me to let me know and send the diaper back. I do not give refunds due to the nature of the item. I will happily fix any problems that arise due to issues that are my fault. IF you do not follow my washing instructions and your diapers stop working this is not my fault and I will only fix them for you for an additional charge. Please read cloth diaper 101 for washing directions. I also send out washing instructions with each order.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds/special orders: I am not able to give refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any products. Please make sure you order the correct size. Please email me with any sizing questions prior to ordering if you are unsure. Since I have such a high order volume I do not have time to redo orders if you are unhappy with the print you ordered or were given as a gift, or if the size isn't right. I also can not do special orders and change my pattern around. I give plenty of options when creating your diaper and offer tab extenders if you need extra room in the waist. I can however change the elastic length for chubby or skinny legs if you let me know ahead of time.
I will always strive to offer quality products and affordable prices. In order to keep my prices low I must follow strict guidelines in order to make it worth it to both my customers and myself.
